Day 3 - Rondeau Park, Lake Erie, Ontario

Sunday, July 5th. Today was an incredibly BORING drive. Pretty much this view for 3 solid hours:


In order to break-up the monotony of Canada's farmland, we made a short detour to the Labatts brewery in London, Ontario. Unfortunately since it was Sunday, there were no tours and no free beer tastings - damn. I bought a 6 pack anyway.





A few observations about Canada - everyone chain smokes cigarettes, everything is twice as expensive as the States, all the cities are very clean, and there's a crap load of windmills.

We reached Rondeau Park in the early afternoon, set up camp, and wandered down to the beach. Another gorgeous day, Lake Erie was a little chilly, but no complaints here!
